Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing process by which a design is transferred to a substrate via a silk-screen. Commercial-grade textile printers are used to transfer plastisol inks to the desired product via the silk-screen. Each color in a design is mutually exclusive and requires an individual screen. The process involves precise pressures, specialized ink applications, and proper heat curing. Screen printing yields high quality products with excellent washability.
